    在服务化运营的自动驾驶车辆(AV)与人工驾驶的普通车辆(HV)共存的新型混行交通环境阶段,城市交通将由选择HV方式出行者的“分散化”决策,与选择AV出行服务方式出行者所接受的运营方的“中心化”决策共同构成。本文构建了同时考虑“弹性需求-出行服务/方式选择-路径分配/选择”三层次组合决策的混合行为网络均衡模型,丰富了混行环境下城市交通网络均衡的相关理论。两个数值算例分别检验了模型的有效性,揭示出AV出行服务市场的最优供给模式是政府和企业共同参与,并且这种市场结构能够在达到最优交通系统效率的同时,保持出行者感知公平程度最低。本文结果为解决“政府在AV出行服务市场中应扮演何种角色”等管理实践问题提供了有益启示。

    Abstract:

    In the new era of mixed transportation systems, where autonomous vehicles (AV) coexist with human-driven vehicles (HV) in service operations, urban transportation network flows will be consisted of “decentralized” decisions made by commuters who choose HV mode, and “centralized” decisions made by the AV mobility service operators that assign each traveler who choose AV mobility service with a route. This paper presents the first hybrid behavior equilibrium model that considers the combination of “elastic demand-travel service/mode selection-route allocation/selection” decision-making processes. This model fills the theoretical gap in the equilibrium of urban traffic networks under mixed traffic conditions. Two numerical examples were used to verify the effectiveness of the model, which revealed that the optimal supply mode for the AV service market is a joint effort by the government and private enterprises. More importantly, this market structure can simultaneously achieve optimal efficiency of the transportation system and perceived fairness for travelers, providing valuable insights into important management practice issues such as “what role should the government play in the AV service market.”
