In this paper, we introduce some relationships between Nash equilibrium, variational inequalities, and generalized equilibrium problem. We also investigate the relations among monotonicities of their corresponding mappings and bifunctions. The results of this paper would be the theoretical basis for further studying in Nash equilibrium and generalized equilibrium problems.
