Abstract:This paper starts from concept of anonymity and combines organlzation behavior with managerial psychology.Firstly,we analyze the positive and negative effects of anonymity in an integrated& systematm way.Secondly the concept of anonymous intensity is put forward according to the anonvrr1ous operation degree in practice.Thirdly,major factors tHat influence the anonymous intensity are analyzed.
