从最优控制角度研究宏、微观、单、多市场非均衡的调控规律，对中国经济的非均衡调控作了实证分析。

Abstract:
In this paper，the regulation rules of the disequilibrium economics for micro—macro single market and multi market are studied at the optimal control theory angle．At last，the practical analysis of the adjustment for disequilibrium is made for Chinses economics．
