This paper first analyzed the knowledge structure of the ISo9000 Quality Management and Quality Assurance Standards from the point of view of their unique characteristics．An argument is raised for the necessity of creating an implementation supporting system．A resolution of the system is put forward by combination of considerations of both standard characteristics and hypertext technology．
