This research describe the mathematics method for flow shop sequencing problem (FSP)at the parallel order remove mode，and construct hybrid genetic algorithm for this problem．on the basis of analyzing and simulating of examples，the result shows that the algorithm is efficient to solve these flow shop sequencing problem ．
