This paper discusses some problems of non—constant sum muhipersons and muhicriteria cooperatire game．The definitions of characteristic function，allocating matrix，core as we Ll as other relative concepts are proposed．The nature of the above definitions and the existence of core are discussed，in addition，a method for determining the core of a given problem is presented．Finally．an example is introduced to illustrate the above results．
