Some typical methods on Information Systems Strategic Planning (ISSP) and the application field of These ISSP methods based on the ISSP process framework are analyzed in this paper. A portfoliotactics for the ISSP methods is proposed according to the research in the practice. There are three mainlyparts researched in the paper: 1) Summarizing and comparing some typical ISSP methods including BSP,SST, CSF. VCA. SSP,IE,APA and SG. 2) Analyzing the better adapting fields of these ISSP methods according to the the characters and the processes of Information Systems Strategic Planning． 3)Based on the formet two parts as well as the corporattons characters and requirements，a portfolio tactics is proposed and researched for these method s of Information Systems Strategic Planning in the paper in order to illuminate how to take these ISSP method s into practice effectively
