This article analyzed the dilemma of information organization for knowledge management , and the essential of unstructured attributes of group process. It introduced the concept , construction , and application of ontology for unstructured problems in artificial intelligence , through a typical example of system design that is called Electronic Common Brain , which is used for knowledge management of group communication.
