This paper,by selecting 58 high frequency in Keywords knowledge management research field,analyzes the research paradigm of overseas knowledge management through co-keyword analysis.The paper discovers that there are dual paradigms and three main genres in this field,there fore the paper prognosticates that the dual paradigms will be syncretized by the new paradigm and the research of knowledge management will develop rapidly with the resource paradigm.
