    近年来,越来越多的网约车平台聚合在同一个平台下,形成了聚合平台模式。在聚合平台模式下,如何进行战略转型是当前网约车平台面临的重大问题。本文以提供多种服务的综合性网约车平台为研究对象,探讨了该平台的最优服务策略选择与定价问题,并讨论了不同策略对市场中原有的普通网约车平台以及聚合平台的定价和收益影响。研究发现:若综合性网约车平台和普通网约车平台之间的竞争较弱,则仅当其服务成本较低时,综合性网约车平台会提供专车服务;若竞争较强,综合性平台则不会提供普通车服务。其次,当消费者对普通平台的认可度较低时,专车服务策略对普通平台是不利的;随着消费者的认可度增加,普通车服务策略对普通平台是不利的。对于聚合平台而言,普通车服务策略对其一定是有利的。这表明仅当综合平台提供普通车服务时,才有可能实现所有平台共赢。本文创新性地研究了聚合模式下的网约车企业的服务选择策略,并证明存在竞争关系的网约车平台可以在聚合模式下实现共赢,这对于传统的网约车企业与聚合平台之间的合作发展提供了较强的理论与实践指导意义。

    Abstract:

    Recently, more and more ride-hailing platforms are aggregated into one platform. How to respond the strategic switch for ride-hailing platforms under aggregation mode is an important issue. Considering a comprehensive ride-hailing platform, a platform could provide both premium and standard service, this paper studies the optimal service strategy for the comprehensive ride-hailing platform, and examines the effects of different service strategies on the all platforms’ pricing and profits. By comparing the equilibrium outcomes in the two decision scenarios, it is found that when the competition between the comprehensive ride-hailing platform and the general ride-hailing platform is weak and the service cost is low, the comprehensive platform will adopt premium service strategy, and it will forgo the standard service when the competition becomes fierce. Then, when the consumers’ acceptance degree of general ride-hailing platform is low, premium service strategy will hurt general platform; with the consumers’ acceptance degree increases, the general platform will benefit from premium service. As for the aggregation platform, it can obtain higher profit from standard service. This result shows that the win-win situation might occur in the standard service strategy. This paper innovatively studies the ride-hailing platforms’ service strategy, and obtains that even two competing platforms can achieve win-win situation under aggregation mode. These conclusions provide a good theoretical and practical guide for the cooperation between the traditional ride-hailing platform and aggregation platform.
