To fit the teehnologioal requirements for simulation of complex systems，a novel type object oriented formalization system ，called multi—agent system ，has been constructed ．The system consists of ad vanced object"，characterized by autonomous decision making，control and communication capabilities， these objects are equipped with both data and knowledge processing functions．A group strategic decision making process implemented by nmhiagent sy stem has been given as an example．
