    Abstract:

    By analyzing the queue net of service support system in virtual enterprise, the authors establish a multi state and priority customer services model. According to the customer satisfaction, the model under the steadily state is calculated. Meanwhile, the result of model are optimized from cost, income and efficiency of the services operation department. The base service capability is got, which give important direction to arrange and organize services ability of virtual enterprises.
