In this paper, the origin of information structure reengineering problem in enterprises is set forth firstly. Then, the relations that need settlement in the process of information structural reengineering are analyzed. Finally, at the basis of case study of information structural reengineering in our enterprises, the model for information structural reengineering in large and middle enterprises is proposed
