This paper puts forward a mathematical model of the adaptive knowledge states of enterprise by using Markov process. With the comparison of net benefit of changes of different knowledge strategy of the generalism vs . Then it analyzes the strategic decision of change model about knowledge state from two-dimension of flexibility : Range and time under three types of knowledge state circumstances.
