    Abstract:

    Human resource management has great impact on firm performance. The study examines the relationship between human resource management and firm performance in 62 manufacturing foreign invested enterprises in Chi2 na. A positive relation was found between firm performance and the extent to which firms used a“high performance” human resource management system as well as the degree to which they engaged in the integration of human resource management and firm strategy.
