Abstract:This paper studied the development of management in 21 century. Due to the different comprehension on connotation of management, scholars have different opinions on the conception, schools and structures of management respectively. After comparison and analysis, the author concluded that the managements a subject about applied theory,which studies the organization and structure,ways and methods of the organization to assign its resourecs. He also gave his opintion upon the structure of management,that is, the management consists of 3 parts, organization, methods of management and marketing, recatalogued and redefined the evolution of management according to this standard. Bases on that, he profited that the management in 21 century would develop in 3 aspects: strengthening the management theory system , forming the methodology of management and deepening the content of management.

Abstract:Agent is an autonomous entity．It has the knowledge，goal and capability Agents in a multi agent system serve the same goa[and an agent can cooperate with others to do work efficiently．This paper put forward that the forecasting support system can been designed as a multi—agent system．Every qualitative and quantitative forecasting method is designed as an agent，which has the method of forecasting．the capability of knowledge processing and coperating with other agents．As the system running，each agent improves its capability by learning and also improve the forecasting accuracy of the system．

Abstract:The reasoning mechanism of traditional IDSS is rule—based reasoning approach ANN has a lot of advantages not possessed by rule based reasoning．We summarize aeveral differences between the two technologies．Then．the paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of them．In the third section，we introduce some strategies for integrating rule—baesd reasoning and ANN in terms of data connections and functions．A abstract conceptual framework of hybrid IDSS is given out in the fourth section．

Abstract:This paper investigates the macroeconomic cycles China has experienced since the onset of reform in the Iate l970s．First，a detailed description of each of the four cycles since l978 focuses on developments in key economic variables in each episode．Subsequently．employing a simple Philips curve model，an econometric investigation confirms the anecdotal evidence that the inflationary episodes have generally been associated with surges in aggregate demand．It is argued．however，that the factors behind the upswings and relative importance of the components of aggregate demand have differed across cycles．The most recent cycle stands out in having achieved a soft landing for the first time，combining a significant reduction in inflation with only a mod erate slowing of growth．W hile the paper under．ores the role of a number of structural and policy factors widely believed to have facilitated the,soft landing，it argues that there is an additiona1 important factor．The fourth cycles differed from previous cycles in that aggregate demand in the upswing was fueled mainly by a surge in investment spending．Although the strong investment demand initially increased aggregate demand more than supply——increasing inflationary pressures——it eventually Ied to an increase in capacity and potentia1 output，which tended to dampen inflationary pressures and allowed the economy to settle into a soft landing despite continued strong real GDP growth
