Abstract:For the coming knowledge economy, we need new enterprise logic different from any others before. We summarize here the new logic of enterprise as the knowledge and learning based, compare it with the mountains forming campaign appeared in the geological history, and make a frame study of it. Abstract:Firms are classified as three control type firms: manager control firm, owner control firm and corporation control firm. We give the standard of different control type firms, and select 141 Japanese large corporations from electric machine industry. We analyze the dates of these corporations during 1990 1997, give the research results as follows. (1) Profit rate is not correlative with different control type firms; (2) Behaviors of different control type firms are unlike. Manager control firm pursues the maximum of firm scale. Corporate control firm pursues them aximum of capital turnover.Owner control firm pursues the maximum of sale profit rate. A ccording to the theory of the firm that the firm is viewed as the contract of both labor factor owned by manager and capital factor owned by shareholder and creditor, we explain our empirical results. Profit rate of firm can be unrelated with the type of corporate control when there is an effective competition in the market of each factor of firm. We think that Baumol’s firm model is suitable to corporation control firm , and Marris’s firm model is suitable to m anager type firm.

Abstract:After discussing the enterprise resource planning (ERP) and the ERP based on Concurrent Engineering(CE-ERP), this paper described the procedure model structure of the CE-ERP, and gave the analysis of its task object supply chain. With the method of global harmonization and the local simulation, this paper modeled the supply chain, and at last explained the application and the advantage of the procedure model.

Abstract:A new identification method based on feed forward networks is presented for nonlinear time varying systems. We apply local extended Kalman Algorithm to train feed forward networks, this algorithm needs no matrix inversion computation and has the higher convergence speed and the smaller storage required in comparison to the global extended Kalman Algorithm. Simulation results show the present method has better effect on nonlinear time varying systems identification.

Abstract:The quality of knowledge base is important for knowledge intensive systems(KIS), such as expert systems and intelligent decision support systems. But over a long time, knowledge acquisition is a bottleneck in designing KIS due to the bad coordination between knowledge engineers and experts, which is limited by human epistemology level nowadays. To solve the problem, this paper utilizes some machine learning theories (mainly rough set theory) to get a rough knowledge base and then choose genetic algorithms,visualization techno logy, know ledge verification and validation technology to optimize it. We, in this way, build a new relation between knowledge engineers and experts in which experts play a decisive role while knowledge engineers are accessory, i. e. it is expert oriented during the know ledge acquisition course

Abstract:The paper researches the properties of the enterprises' boundary and proofs that in the view of the evolution, the boundary of enterprises is a dynamic boundary, which can be expressed by fuzzy logic. Then authors argue that it is the fuzzy and dynamic that cause the group evolution of enterprises. After that, the definition of business groups, which is expressed by fuzzy logic, is discussed.

Abstract:Based on briefly reviewing the domestic and abroad research achievements of the evolution law of industrial structure, the paper put forward that it was necessary for further exploring the interior evolution mechanism of industrial structure to jump out the error region of “discussing the structure for the structure” based on the study of evolution law of the industrial structure. Evolution equation for industrial system was established relying on Haken model of the self organization theory. Through a positive analysis to Zhengzhou City.it wa quantitatively demonstrated that the labor productivity reflecting innovation and technical progress is the ordering variable of describing industrial system evolution. And an order for the sensitivity of 4 paratlleters in the equantion was given. Abstract:The efficient market hypothesis is an important basis of financial economics. The simple statement of the market efficiency hypothesis is that security prices fully reflect all available information. Usually, market efficiency is divided into three categories: (1)weak form tests (How well do past returns predict future returns?); (2)semistrong form tests (How quickly do security prices reflect public information announcements?); (3)strong form tests(Do any investors have private information that is not fully reflceted in market prices?). From 1970s, foreign studies about it not only are in tensive and broad, but also have produced abundant result s. And research methodologies and models also have made great progress, where event study methodology is an important method. The general applicability of the event study methodology has led to its wide use.In the academic accounting and finance field, event study methodology has been applied to a variety of firm speci ic and economy wide events. Some examples include mergers and acquisitions, earnings announcements and issues of new debt or equity. At present, the positive study on China’s stock market’s efficiency is still in beginning stage, so event study methodology is adopted in this paper to do the positive research of earning announcement. The empirical result of the research shows that it is an important support to China’s stock market’s semi strong form efficiency.

According to the customer satisfaction, the model under the steadily state is calculated. Abstract:Being viewed as a solution for quick introduction of a variety of products with high quality and low costs, especially for manufacturing industry, virtual enterprises attracts more and more interests currently. However, virtual enterprises, while bringing a lot of response flexibility to us, implies some unavoidable risks. In this paper, the possibility to avoid risk by utilizing dynamical contracts and building swift trust among partners in virtual enterprises is explored.Then a risk transfer algorithm is presented, as well as risk evaluating, bottleneck risk identifying, risk adjusting and optimizing is discussed by taking lead time risk as an example. Finally, a framework for risk scheck list designing and publishing based on Web is proposed for risk monitoring in virtual enterprises.
