Abstract:During 21th century , the objective of development strategy of Shanghai is to be an international metropo2 lis , so the scale of population must be adaptable to it . Determining the rational scale of population is a complex problem , it concerns many aspects , such as the level of economy , ecological environments , etc. And each aspect includes many factors , which are interdependent and interactive. This paper studies the reasonable population scale in Shanghai based on the PS aided decision system (PSDAS) . Qualitative and quantitative analysis are done about traffic , environment and other factors. This paper also analyzes , calculates , displays and outputs the result on the computer. This paper gets the reasonable population scale in 2050 in Shanghai and relevant conditions. The sensi2 tivity analysis was used to find out the crucial factors that influence the reasonable population scale in Shanghai greatly. By comparison and analysis of many schemes , we got a diagram of curves of the scale of population , which provides a scientific basis for policymakers to make a strategic decision

Abstract:This paper further investigates the impacts caused by travel information systems on traffic behavior through extending the authors’previous work to a general urban transportation network with parallel routes. The stochastic and deterministic user2equilibrium assignment models are used to carry out the analyses , i . e. , computing the changes of average travel costs before and after the introduction of the information system. We also study how the parameter of the logit-based stochastic model affect the average individual travel cost , and how the information sys2 tem induce potential traffic demand.

Abstract:This article analyzed the dilemma of information organization for knowledge management , and the essential of unstructured attributes of group process. It introduced the concept , construction , and application of ontology for unstructured problems in artificial intelligence , through a typical example of system design that is called Electronic Common Brain , which is used for knowledge management of group communication.

Abstract:By introducing the process algebra to the work of describing DSS model system , a new paradigm , called DSS model algebra , for modeling DSS model system is proposed. There are some properties for model communication such as invocation , selection , repeat , synchronization and concurrence involved in the new paradigm. The imple2 ment technology is also discussed. By comparing the DSS model system based on model algebra and model systemof components , it also gives an implement example for model system based on components.

Abstract:Workflow management promises a new solution to controlling , monitoring , optimizing and supporting business process. In this paper , we apply BOM and Petri-nets technologies to workflow process , and construct the concept of workflow model . The implementation algorithm of mapping the BOMonto Petri-nets is also introduced in this paper. At last , the extensions and simulation base-on the mapping algorithm is introduced.

Abstract:Electronic commerce is a new model of commerce based on the economy of network. B2B electronic com2 merce platform provides a marketplace for transactions between enterprises. In this paper , the buyers and seller’s benefit model of buyer-pull B2B electronic commerce system is established according to the principle of maximizing benefit in buyer’s market . Buyers’strategies , including setting the level of substitute , the rate of restoration and the level of subsidy , are studied to induce sellers to join the electronic commerce platform. Finally the effects of the development of technology and the economies of scale on electronic commerce are analyzed based on the model .

Abstract:Human resource management has great impact on firm performance. The study examines the relationship between human resource management and firm performance in 62 manufacturing foreign invested enterprises in Chi2 na. A positive relation was found between firm performance and the extent to which firms used a“high performance” human resource management system as well as the degree to which they engaged in the integration of human resource management and firm strategy.

Abstract:This paper first briefly reviews the evolvement of univariate ARCH class models , and introduces several multivariate GARCH class models. Considering the shortage of traditional estimation methods for multivariate GARCH based on gradient information , we give out the likelihood estimating method based on genetic algorithm. Fi2 nally , the paper presents the demonstration of Chinese stock markets : Both Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets show volatility persistence in variance. When combined together , the two markets show obvious bivariate GARCH effect , and there is no common persistence in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets.

Abstract::In this paper we mainly discuss the one-way effect causal measures which can be applied to the analysis of long- run and short- run as well as causal characteristics of dynamic economic system. We first summarized the relat2 ed concepts of cointegration , and then showed the procedure of cointegrated model identification. Based on the iden2 tified error correction model , we discussed causal measures in time domain and frequency domain. The presented Wald test of the causal measure is incorporation Johansen’s algorithm for the maximum likelihood estimates and the likelihood ratio tests. Using the Wald statistics , the paper also showed the computational algorithmof confidence- set construction for the overall causal measures. For the purposes of testing long- run or short- run characterization of causal relation , a variety of causal measures are introduced by means of the integral of the frequency-wise measure of one-way effect on specific frequency bands. In contract to the conventional tests of Granger’s non-causality which amount to testing the hypothesis of zero restriction of a certain set of autoregressive coefficients , the approach of this paper enables us to test not only Granger’s non-causality but also the strength of the one-way effect . The one-way effect causal analysis can be considered as an effective approach for the investigation of complex economic system

Abstract:The flexibility is a key to success for enterprise. In this paper , based on discussing summarily the theory of flexibility and organizational learning capability , a new concept about the flexibility of enterprises is presented. The dimensions and elements and mechanism about the flexibility of enterprises are analyzed by using the principle of system. The new research frame is constructed. In addition , a base strategy is discussed for constructing the flex2 ibility of enterprises by means of examples.

Abstract:Based on the bounded rationality , this paper gives a kind of grey description to the pricing model of DDM, introduce the notions of faith degrees , and makes a mathematic model of behavioral finance. On this bases , this paper applies the theory of social imitation to the capital market , finds the market hypothesis of phase changes and interprets the mechanism of chaos market .
