1. Authors must submit original works that have not been published elsewhere. Data must be authentic and reliable, with no forgery, tampering, or plagiarism. References must be clearly cited.
2. All listed authors must contribute to the research. Corresponding authors must ensure all co-authors agree to the publication and order of authorship. Any changes in authorship order require co-authors' consent.
3. Authors can modify the manuscript before acceptance. Major changes to results and methods are not allowed before publication. Authors should correct any errors immediately and inform the editor. Revised manuscripts must be returned within the specified time, or provide a reasonable explanation for delays. Authors wishing to withdraw a manuscript must submit a retraction application to the editor.
4. Articles suspected of academic misconduct, identified through reports or software checks, will be reviewed by experts. Confirmed cases will be retracted, and the author will be blacklisted for five years. For published articles found to have academic misconduct, a retraction statement will be issued in the journal.
5. The journal does not charge any fees for manuscript processing.
For Reviewers
1. Review comments should be objective, fair, and provide clear opinions on the academic value and publication standards of the paper, avoiding ambiguity. Avoid reviewing papers with conflicts of interest or shared benefits. Report any serious scientific misconduct to the editorial office.
2. Submit review comments within the planned timeframe. Notify the editorial office promptly of any delays or hindrances to completing the review.
For Editors
1. Ensure fair and unbiased reviews. Expedite peer review and publication, especially for papers with significant findings. Reject academic misconduct such as plagiarism and duplication.
2. Provide timely feedback to authors. Facilitate constructive academic discussions between authors and reviewers. Reject offensive comments. Accept authors' appeals on final decisions.
Copyright
Upon acceptance and correction, the paper's copyright is transferred to the journal's editorial office. The office holds exclusive rights for use, including translation, adaptation, compilation, and derivatives.
