During the committee decision making, decision makers are always influenced by emotion and behave irrationally. This gives rise to decline of efficiency of decision making and consumes unnecessary time. Furthermore, not reach conclusion. In this paper by analysis, get a result of making a committee progress smoothly with the odd decision makers, stable emotion and majority rules.
